As the year progresses, temperatures will gradually start to rise and this will inevitably affect our wardrobes. Since I grew up in a warm tropical country, I personally prefer the Spring/Summer seasons of the year. Pretty dresses, shorts and tank tops are soon going to be the order of the day!

In this post, I will be sharing a few essential fashion items that will make your transitioning into Spring a smooth ride

•  Light-weight Duster Coat/Trench

English weather is very tricky. Despite the higher temperatures during Spring, there are still some chilly days when it’s cold and windy. Throw on a light weight duster coat or trench to protect yourself from the weather. Because these coats are made with thin to medium weight fabrics, you wouldn’t get too hot.

• A Sun Dress

Oh dresses. Those pretty things. In a dress, you can finally give your legs room to air-out from all the cold and darm winter blues. •  Sunglasses

The Sun is out and it didn’t come to play 😉 Shield your eyes from harmful Sun rays in a pair of sunnies ( the cool name for sunglasses ). Aside from obvious protection, sunnies add a cool swag to any look. They instantly take a basic outfit look to street chic or edgy glam 👌

• A Shirt

A simple white shirt goes a long way in helping to transition between seasons and is even a great staple during the year. It can be a fantastic layering piece as well as a fab garment on its own with jeans and comfy accessories.

• A Thin Scarf

In as much as scarves are associated with the cold months of the year, having a thin scarf during Spring/Summer as a cute accessory and additional provider of warmth on windy days is totally awesome. From slim long scarves to wide large silk scarves, there are so many choices.
