Happy New Month Beauties! December is here at last….
My heart is filled with gratitude to God for sparing my life and the lives of all my loved ones till the very last month of 2016. What a year it has been! From good to hard times, 2016 has been the whole package of how truly challenging and yet beautiful life can be.
To suit the season, I created a jumper dress that I could dress up or down for the festivities ahead. The inspiration behind this dress is the oversized trend married with ruffling around the hemline and cuff.
I worked with a size 10 pattern block (one size bigger than me) to achieve the overall oversize in the dress. Watch the DIY video below.
Simple but yet so chic, I loved making this dress. I might have to adjust the shoulder a little because it came out wider than I anticipated.
