Clarity

IMG_6172

Its difficult to focus in such a ‘noisy’ world. Distractions come from outside and within us.
Finding a way to block out these distractions from every sphere can be quite a challenge. Its even more difficult when you’re creative. As a creative person, your mind is constantly processing conventional ideas into unconventional ones.

However if you’ve chosen the creative entrepreneurial path like I have, you’ve to look within and discover why you’re doing what you’re doing.
Finding a deep seated motive will keep you going especially on those day when it’ll get difficult and the option of quitting seems appealing. This article was inspired by a talk I recently received at school from Sima Kumar of Kit and Ace.
She shared a lot of things I could relate to, one of which was having a clear definition of who you are, what you want and why you’ve chosen to be a creative.

How do you discover the answers to these questions? Do you know the answers but have difficulty following them through. I don’t have all the answers, what I can testify to is knowing definitely sets you apart from your peers and ahead of the ‘game’.
Clarity is an essential ingredient that every person (creative or not) should possess.
