Three Halloween Costumes You Probably Have in your Wardrobe

Hey beauties!

Welcome back to my blog this week!!! Hope you have been well since the last time you visited the blog? I have been busy working on several projects for my final year of fashion school, creating weekly video for my YouTube channel (here) and other side projects. I am such a huge fan of using what I already have in new and inventive ways. This challenges me to have fun with the fashion pieces I have currently in my wardrobe. For this project, I ransacked my clothes collection and came up with three easy Halloween costume ideas for ladies. These looks are simple, straight-forward but sexy *wink*

Let’s dig in shall we?

Look One – Super Girl

Achieve this simple look by pairing a button-down shirt with a black skirt and black pumps for a female take on the Clark Kent look. To finish off this look, I added a pair of rose gold framed vintage glasses.

Look Two – Grecian Princess

Simply style an asymmetric hemline dress with gold detailing on the shoulder and waistline with a lot of gold jewellery for a modern take of a Greek princess. For the crown, just layer a gold or silver necklace on the front of your hair and hold it down with bobbi pins.

Look Three – Flapper Girl

Get the look by wearing any dress with fringe detailing on the hemline or body. The fringe detailing was a common feature of 1920s flapper girl costumes. Wearing complimentary heels, tonnes of makeup and jewellery and a statement hair piece will take you from a regular 2016 girl to a 1920s flapper! I created my hair piece by pinning floral hair pins on an elastic band.
