New Year’s Eve Make-up Looks

IMG_1118

The eve of every New Year is always celebrated across all nations on the planet. Growing up, I would attend ‘watch-night’ mass in church with my family. It’s a tradition we do every year. However, this year since I’m away from my family, I’ll be celebrating it slightly differently with the lovely people I have with me here in London.

In today’s post, I show three different makeup looks I created and I think might be suitable for a New Year’s eve event. I’m no beauty guru, so pardon my amateur makeup, lol.

Look 1

P1290154 - square

Simple, chic and a bit more natural looking. Perfect for those that prefer light makeup. You can wear this makeup look for a private dinner for two or a small cocktail party. I used the following products to achieve this look;
P1290163 - square
-Sleek liquid foundation in colour 13N01
-Collection eye brow kit in colour Brunette
-My 32 pieces USpicy brush set
-Sleek contour kit in Medium 885
-Sleek corrector & concealer palette
-Collection lengthening mascara
-Collection ‘Work the colour’ lip butter
-Bobbi Brown skin weightless powder foundation in colour golden 6
-Sleek divine eyeshadow palette in storm

Look 2

P1290183 - square

Diva! That’s the one word that comes to mind with this makeup. It’s more daring and bold compare to the first look. This look is perfect for my fashion forward sisters in the house. If you have a formal black-tie party to attend and you want to turn on your full glam charm, try this makeup look. I used the following products to achieve the look;

P1290184 - square
-Black Opal lipstick in colour candy apple 006
-Sleek liquid foundation in colour 13N01
-Collection eye brow kit in colour Brunette
-My 32 pieces USpicy brush set
-Sleek contour kit in Medium 885
-Sleek corrector & concealer palette
-Collection lengthening mascara
-Bobbi Brown skin weightless powder foundation in colour golden 6
-Sleek divine eyeshadow palette in storm

Look 3

P1290194 - square

So if you want to try something completely different, this look should do the trick especially if you tend to play safe with your makeup. It is a very punk-chic look. Dark lipsticks are also in trend this season. If you have a casual party or clubbing with the girls, this look will make you stand out. I used the following products to achieve this look, I layered three lipsticks to get this lip colour;

P1290223 - square
-Jackelin lipstick in violet 049
-Frankbee lipstick in light purple
-Dark brown lipstick, old. Similar here
-Sleek liquid foundation in colour 13N01
-Collection eye brow kit in colour Brunette
-My 32 pieces USpicy brush set
-Sleek contour kit in Medium 885
-Sleek corrector & concealer palette
-Collection lengthening mascara
-Bobbi Brown skin weightless powder foundation in colour golden 6
-Sleek divine eyeshadow palette in storm
