Hey beauties! I feel like we’ve all waited the entire year to purchase those really pricey designer items on Black-Friday. Some people actually save from January through to November to shop on Black-Friday! Well, the wait is almost over, its exactly a week from today. But just before you head out for the shops, have a quick read through some tips I think will be helpful for you and me as well.
Tip 1
Go to the stores you’ll love to shop from a day or two before Black-Friday and check out what they have in stock. If you spot any product(s) you like, try them on to ensure they fit just right. Then ask any staff in store if they can put it on hold for you till Friday the 27th of November for you. If they can, you save yourself the drama that’ll accompany shopping on Black-Friday, that day you just walk into the store and ask for your reserved item(s) and pay for them, easy peas!
Tip 2
Wear comfortable and smart clothes. You need to be as alert as a bunny if you want to get in and out of those stores without been trampled on by a thousand people. A nice tee shirt, pair of jeans and snickers should suffice.
Tip 3
Have your own bag. If you don’t have a car of your own and you use public transport, this will be very useful in transit. A recent law in London allows some stores to charge you 50p for one plastic bag. So have a sturdy carrier bag in your purse. Aside the extra charge, you avoid carrying a million bags at the end of the day.
Tip 4
Last and certainly not least, have a list of things you need to buy. This will prevent you from impulse buying because of the tempting discounts everywhere. I’m a victim of impulse buying sometimes so having a list of things I need to purchase helps a great deal.
